Went to a summer concert just to walk around. I was HOLDING our tiny chihuahua and some kid, maybe 17 came from by the stage to tell me “no dogs”. My family and I were visibly annoyed but said we’d continue around the sidewalk and head to our vehicle. I then stopped to talk to a CITY COP that I know who had no problem with our dog or any other of the dogs behaving in the lawn. As soon as I was done and walking away from him, here comes some girl in a parks department shirt telling us we need to leave with our dog right now. We were not more than 10 feet away from 3 other small dogs. I asked if she was going to go after them like she did to us, and she said there was no way for her to monitor all the people and then walked away without talking to any of the other dog owners. ..
