I had wonderful service with a gentleman working inside the jewelry shop (not sure of his name but he was Italian and super helpful), and I'm not referring to the repair shop (although they do great work in there), however, I felt the need to write this particular review..Not sure of her name but on two separate occasions (each being about 6 months apart) I noticed a woman whom was working in the jewelry shop was extremely rude and condescending to her co-workers (this most recent time being with the kind Italian man I dealt with, and 6 months ago being with another friendly woman who was helping me). For every little thing this man or woman did, this particular witch was commenting and making remarks when she had no business even intervening with their sales! The man and woman whom I had dealt with provided excellent customer service and didn't need her two cents one bit..Comments about how they are doing everything wrong and remarking about how their work space is messy..Each completely not true..Not sure if this woman is the owner but I don't care, it needed to be said and just a warning to you Ma'am, one of your co-workers will snap on you very soon if they haven't already.
