Furniture Clearance Center — Local services in Warwick

I bought a couch and ottoman. The salesman told me it wasn't in stock but they were going to get a shipment in four days. Well it took me over a month before I got both pieces. I also had to call over and over again to get updates. They kept saying each time the shipment was coming a few days later. When I finally got the owner, Bob, on the phone to complain, he said they cant call all the customers to update them when shipments are going to be late because he "had 400 slips here that are all delayed". DO NOT BELIEVE what they say in regard to delivery times. Bob also told me I was lucky they weren't charging me again to deliver the ottoman since they brought the couch a week ago after I begged them to bring one they had ordered for their "stock", whatever that mean,s since we had no furniture. This place is such a joke. Ordered a bureau for my soon to be born daughter and it took an extra week to come in. They were so rude harassing to get it picked up when I actually got there it was left outside and was clearly damaged from being dragged along the cement outside. I asked why it was dragged outside and instantly received complete attitude. The sales woman is rude and unprofessional and whoever the guy she called was swearing at me on the phone and even hung up. My wife and I had a great experience. The employees there were all very helpful, the prices were great. The bed we purchased was delivered promptly (undamaged), and the delivery people were friendly and helpful. We have found the matress we got to be very comfortable (and my wife is 6 months pregnant, so comfortable is not always easy, lol).
