Ohio Thrift Store — Local services in Washington Court House

I give just the associates and managers alone a 5 star! They are awesome! ALSO I just saved almost $600.00 on a brand new sectional that is on the "Wayfair" Website! I couldn't believe it when I looked it up! Just went to pick up the item and I can't believe how well packaged this is! I am a completely OCD when it comes to dirt and moving items. This sucker will not get one speck of dirt while transporting to my house! Comes with 8 pillows and wrapped with the couch in a super strong plastic. I would suggest visiting this place when looking for new furniture first! Let's get back to the MANAGERS! Oh my goodness. Have met a few of them and they are above professional in customer service! Their helpfulness and assistance is the best I have ever, ever seen and experienced in any department store, restaurant, etc. I wish every business had the kind of management this thrift store has! Wow! Let me add 5 more stars! **...not stars, but will do! Thank you Mel last night! Will list the gentlemen who helped me today too when I get their names! Also I have been here about 5 times and never not a time I am greeted with a hello or welcome....blah...

Compared to other thrift stores such as the Goodwill this one seems to be a lot more organized. Men's Women's, and Children's sections are clearly marked and separated. The store was clean there's not a lot of stuff laying around no trash or garbage. The girls on the staff were nice courteous and friendly. And just like any thrift store you never know what's in there till you get in there and look. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt and being surprised by items that I didn't expect. They have a colored tag system which gives discounts for different days of the week which also made looking for the best deal a lot of fun. I recommend you come in take your time look around and get have a closet full of stuff with 20 bucks I had a good time and the staff is enough to make me come back they were very hospitable and made me feel welcome , and that is the reason I'll be returning here... on the update today being February 9th 2022 I gave the store another star. They have improved and it's still a remarkable store and staff. I still shop...

More of a thrift store combination buy out type store. I mostly shop at donation only based thrift stores but the store I went to had say half or a little more, what looked like donated and the other half was kind of what Big Lots used to be. Calling this a “thrift” store could be a small stretch. Some of the clothing, like T shirts and sweatshirts were like ones that you would buy when you visited a state and wanted a souvenir. Like in a tourist gift shop. I found some items to buy at the price points I don’t mind paying. Had to dig for them because like I said I really just thrift but the stores are worth a visit to comb through, some items are a little pricey though.
