I took my watch to them to have the band and crystal repaired. After 35 days I stopped in to see what progress was made. They only then told me that they just shipped my watch to Seiko to be repaired, but had held my watch for 30 days waiting on other items in order to save on shipping costs. I told them they should have told me that so that I could either pay for immediate shipping costs or take my watch elsewhere to be repaired. The manager/owner I was speaking with (Jason) then got defensive and abruptly suggested "why don't we just have Seiko send the watch back if you don't like our service". Since he said that instead of understanding the inconvenience he had caused me, I agreed that I should be given my watch back. Days later I finally tracked down my watch at the Seiko repair shop and they said Fox had actually called to inform them to put a "no rush" on my watch - how unnecessarily vindictive simply because I told them they should've let me know they'd hold my watch for 35 days. I informed Seiko (having convinced them I was the owner) to return the watch to Fox (they would not return it to me directly). I then called Seiko regularly to find out when Fox received my watch back. When I showed up to get it the same manager/owner (Jason) brought it out to me, literally tossed it on the counter (it was in a protective bag), and turned and walked away without saying a word, I suppose to go pout that I chose not to use his slow mail- away service.
Btw, Gold Star in Columbus fixed it...

I told her i needed it taken in and she said 100$ flat she asked where it was from i told her it was my mothers ring and i didnt know where it was purchased she said itd take 4-6 weeks because we did not buy the ring from them and didnt know where it came from.
