I'm not going to bother complaining about the food that I spent $50.29 for. I walked in to place my order while a meeting between the associates and management was happening in the dining room. I assume one was shift manager and the other was store manager. There were around 6-7 associates in this meeting, all who appeared to be under the age of 18. I could be wrong about that. They all sat there with their heads hanging down while the manager yelled at them. One girl said she had enough and left. The manager spoke to them as if they were lower than dirt. She told them how they were the worst bunch of employees she had ever seen. She told them they were terrible, rude, didn't know how to do their jobs. She called out some of the individuals as she yelled- "why don't you respect me?". When they didn't know what to say, she pounced even harder. Degrading them even more. Keep in mind that these were all young kids. Probably their first job. The manager was extremely unprofessional, holding a meeting like that in the dining area, where customers are hearing and seeing the abuse of power towards these young people who obviously thought they had to take it. I could barely concentrate on ordering. Customers should be able to order food without hearing that mess and employees should not have to be humiliated and talked down to in front of customers or anytime. Now, I've heard complaints about the service at this location. But it literally is a revolving door of new associates (kids) constantly trying to learn under terrible management and rushed, rude, and impatient training. Would you want to work there, being belittled every step of the way? The fault is not with the young associates, clearly, it's the management and very bad training. I will not spend one more dime...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTLDR: Orders are rarely right, the place is rather sketchy, and staff is rather unpersonable. We live near by and avoid this individual store.
Because this is our local taco bell we used to frequent it once every couple weeks. However in the 40+ times we have been there they have maybe got our order correct 5-10 times. If you as for something special, like no sour cream you are likely to get the opposite. Visually however it is weird its a normal taco bell during the day, but at night its odd ordering in complete darkness other than the menu. The store sign is off, the lobby lights are off, and all around the place looks closed and unwelcoming. Which brings us to the last part the staff. To start off when you pull in you get a pre-recorded happy sounding woman asking "Welcome to taco bell how may I help you?" which then is more often than not followed by a completely different person letting you know to order whenever you are ready. Its fine, I get it working fast food sucks, but with the cheerful pre-recording followed by a monotone question makes it sound way worse than it would over just saying the extra handful of words.
All around we still go to taco bells occasionally but very rarely this one and if we do, we are almost always disappointed. Even knowing what we are getting into its almost surprising how consistently wrong...

I was excited to see Long John Silvers on the menu but obviously adding some extra deep fried items on the menu is too much for this staff to handle. They forgot to bag about half of my order, and forgot my drink. Not a big deal coleslaw is an afterthought side at best, letās get on to this greasy goodness I thought. Boy was I wrong. Bite one opened up a sea of hell in the form of uncooked fry batter seeping out onto my lap and dripping onto my fries. Hmmm. Iāll eat around it I suppose... But both fish filets were fried together, leaving an uncooked disappointment stuffed with batter and mushed room temp fish. The fries seemed to have been sitting for a long time, possibly being re-fried a second time to restore their temperature. My 2 hush puppies were good. I hate wasting food but if there is a reasonable possibility of me getting food poisoning I will pass. May god have mercy on these poor souls that inhabit the walls of this Taco Bell/ Long Johns. And my girlfriend got a chicken quesadilla and it sucked. How can you ruin a quesadilla? āOf all the words of rice and fish, the saddest are, Oh...
