Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Today I made a mobile order at 12:10 to be picked up at 2:30. I arrived at 2:41 to find my order not ready. I completely understand being short handed, as the gentleman at the window explained, but with that much time in advance for the order, that really shouldn't be an issue if they have any kind of time management. I made my food choices knowing I only have a half hour between jobs to pick up lunch and commute, I now find myself without food for the rest of my work day, and have used in app rewards that I'm sure will not be returned to me, as I had no choice but to cancel the order.

I normally wouldn't bother posting a negative review, but their drive thru window was begging for google reviews so they can win a contest. I hope that while being honest with my dissatisfaction, I also helped them get closer...

Was visiting Washington Courthouse for an appointment I decided that I would place an order for pizza to take back to my home in Hillsboro Ohio (30 minutes). Even though I knew the pizza was going to be cold when I got home, it was absolutely wonderful as we just popped it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and it really still was a fresh and delicious pizza. This is not the first time I've done this, I do this every opportunity when I go to Washington Courthouse...its that good! The only reason I gave the atmosphere one star was because I've never been inside, I've always ordered over the phone and drove through the window...

While we were placing our order the phone started ringing and it rang at least 20 times (I even asked if they needed me to answer it) but finally someone else did. It's Friday night and the guy taking orders at the counter is busy. The whole time we are eating the phone keeps ringing an average of 16 rings. There are several employees in the back and 1 employee out front texting on his phone and all the while the phone keeps ringing. It's very annoying to hear the constant ringing of the phone when we are trying to enjoy our dinner. They are either short on help or the manager needs to take control...
