My experience using this company was very poor. I ordered embroidered clothing for my company. First off, I was charged 4% to use a credit card, which is more than any other company I've seen.
Part of my order was getting 2 of my own winter jackets embroidered. I was notified when I could drop them off since I currently wear them at work. I was told that I could drop them off after hours and that some of my hooded sweatshirts I ordered would be left out to keep me warm. When I got there to drop off, there wasn't anything left out for me.
A few days later I was notified that my order was ready. I didn't look it over when I received it, as it was in a box. After opening it at home, I found that half my order was incorrect. I received the wrong sizes that I ordered and some incorrect hats. After calling to explain the issue with my order, I was informed the correct sizes would be reordered.
After about another 2 weeks I was notified my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was told that if I wanted to keep the incorrect sizes that I would need to pay half the cost. I didn't want to purchase the wrong sized clothing. I didn't bring it with me as I wasn't told to do so over the phone, and didn't think they would want embroidered clothing back. I was then told that they were going to donate it to someone else. They would not give me the clothes that were done until I brought back the incorrect ones, like a hostage situation. I also found out that this reorder was also incorrect. The quantities were off from my original order. So once again, more clothing need to be ordered.
After about another week I was notified that my order was ready. This time the remaining clothing was finally correct. At no time did I receive any apologies for the inconvenience of repeatedly stopping in.
I did get lettering on my truck earlier in the year which was OK. If review was based on just the clothing experience it would've been a 1. I will never do business here again or recommend...

Just rude, terse, sarcastic and quite clearly doesn’t enjoy what she does for a living……*and as per their response quite clearly my review was not false !!!! I said your signs were good but attitude……. well not so !!! Thin skin when receiving criticism as a bad business owner will result in being defensive instead of correcting the behavior !!
Btw you will be happy to hear I didn’t lose a job but merely one of the thousands of clients we service in any given year ...
