This review is strictly based on the man that runs the day to day operations of this facility. He needs a lesson on customer service. This is the SECOND time an incident occurred with him, which is why I felt the need to warn people.
The first incident was at the beginning of April 2020. I had just completed a deployment and brought ALL of my clothes that had to be kept in storage while I was deployed. All of my clothes were neatly folded but there was a lot of them. From the time I walked through the door with all of my civilian clothing, until I left he was giving me dirty looks. So much so that I felt the need to tell him why I had so much laundry to wash. As if I need a reason to bring laundry to the laundromat. Didn’t matter to him, the dirty looks continued. I finished my wash and left just assuming he was another civilian that doesn’t respect the armed forces.
The SECOND incident happened today (July 2020) Due to my time in the service, I have a neurological problem with my right arm which can sometimes spasm. I went to push the button the washer for colors and I had a spasm causing me to push multiple buttons on the machine. This man started yelling at me to stop “ pushing all the buttons” and “what’s wrong with you” from the other end of the laundromat where others could hear. I then told him that I have a neurological condition and he proceeds to roll his eyes and walk away.
I couldn’t even look at him after that because I was disgusted and appalled that he would treat anyone like that. Let alone a wounded combat veteran. Something’s a soldiers scars are not visible. Who is trusting this man to run their business? I’ve heard other horror stories from other customers as well.
The facility is clean but only bring one or two loads and don’t bring your disability because it’s obviously not welcomed here. I hope the owner of this facility reads this and...
Read moreLike everyone said it's a very clean facility with nice tv's. What they don't notice is how well do you get your clothes clean there. I used the small machines and with solid doors and didn't notice my first time there, but the next time people where using the larger machines with glass front doors. A properly set up front load you'll see at least an inch of water on the bottom of the window and a small amount of suds. These have the water level set so low that instead of your clothes tumbling in soapy water, they're just rolling around wet. Not to mention that there's barely enough water to rinse the soap out of your clothes. This is done to keep their water bill down and increase profits. I thought I found a laundromat closer but I'll keep making that out-of-the-way drive where you get 9 minutes for a quarter instead of 5...
Read moreDecided to give this place a try and what a mistake. Took me almost 5 minutes to get the washer to take all my quarters. Then noticed a man whom worked there walk in, as I looked at him an not even getting a word in he pretty much jumps down my throat. Informing me he cleans all machines daily and don't know what else to tell me. First off you don't even know what I was having an issue with!! I polity asked him to calm down. He mumbled a few things as he walked away, then proceeded to spray something in all the coin slots. Hence he still had no clue of my issue but knew that machine had issues with the coin slot. So let's not get it serviced and continue to let it frustrate paying customers! Not thought out well at all. Next time I'll go...
