Extremely Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Smoke and Vape. After grocery shopping with my stepdad, I stopped in for a quick visit. I asked the employee working there for help, but he responded with sarcasm and a rude attitude instead of offering any real assistance. Despite his behavior, I remained polite and continued browsing on my own.

As I was finishing up, the employee continued to give me dirty looks and was blatantly disrespectful for no reason. Eventually, things escalated into a verbal argument after his continued rudeness, and shockingly, he attempted to physically confront me, approaching me aggressively as if he was going to hit me. At that point, I left the store immediately without purchasing anything.

This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one that deals with the public. No customer should be treated this way. I do not recommend this store to anyone and will...

The people that work here are incredibly friendly, and helpful. I’ve been going to their other store in Stowe for years and was happy to hear they opened a new branch when I stopped in the new store I was not surprised to see that it was well-maintained and had a very friendly atmosphere.
