hands down Happy Nails is the best place in town been going there for a long time having bad experiences at nearby salons in town. Hollie the owner and her staff were amazing crew. I went in yesterday and heard it's under new ownership which I found it still the best salon the new team and owners made the experience no different when the other crew was here. Ari and her mom were techs here as well I can't believe the review that she wrote such a false review please do not believe this lie she's making up stories and trying to ruin reputation of the salon because Hollie had to turn the salon to owners. Who are you Ari to tell anyone of what can they do with their business. When you have your own business you can make your rules till then you have no say to anything. she did the best decision for her I'm sure being a business owner and treated all you with respect and dignity she didn't do what you're saying here she did. Stop thrashing and keep nasty comments and lies to yourself and give the new owners respect and respect to hollie for giving you an opportunity to be one of her team. You're slandering a business can lead to consequences. not only that I had Ari give me a full mani and you was told she has a salon at her house and tried to persuade me to come to her house for service. Deffinetely illegal to have salon at home and do business under table. FYI keep your comments and keep your mouth shut and leave people alone and let them take of care of what they need to do . They sure don't need your advice to run business when they've both being running a successful business for a long time. Stop crying that you lost your job on here and go elsewhere life still moves on. After about 10 minutes of my feet soaking, Chea came to the chair and told me she was running behind and asked if I minded if someone else worked on me. I told her I did mind hence the reason for scheduling with her. She THEN asked if I minded if the other woman did my pedi and then she would do my mani. I told her I didnāt know. I was hesitant because the last time I was there without an appt, the person I got accidentally cut me when cutting a toenail. After waiting a few minutes without an answer she told me to let her know and went back to her customer. A few minutes later she went to the back of the salon with the receptionist and the receptionist then came back to me and told me Chea would not be able to service me at all and asked if I wanted the other person to do my nails or if I wanted to come back. I took my feet out of the water, dried them and left. I then called because I was still very upset and was told that the receptionist had told me at the time of scheduling that someone else would do my pedicure (an OBVIOUS LIE since if that were true there would have been no reason for her to approach me about someone else doing me) and then proceeded to tell me that she was thinking of me because she didnāt want to keep me waiting. If THAT was her concern then the question shouldāve been whether I minded waiting not if I minded someone else working on me. Her concern was NOT FOR ME but FOR HERSELF because they close at 5 and she was running behind schedule. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience! I went in for a gel mani and pedi. I first chose a color match color and when they went to put it on it was nowhere near the color it shows on the nails. I listened to them while they tried to tell me the color on the nail maybe faded because of customers touching them repeatedly ( which is bs because they have two nail samples with the same number and color and yet the polish still didnāt match). I went to choose another color, and well be hold they couldnāt find it. I eventually settled for a dark navy blue. Once it was put on my nails and feet I then realized they were NOT the same color. My nails are dark blue and toes are black. Once finished I bought it to the man and woman sitting at the front desk and she walked away calling the nail technician and still didnāt do anything. I decided to leave rather than flip out and called them immediately to express my concern. They told me I had to wait for 10 minutes to speak to someone because they donāt know but it was only two other customers in there and almost 8 workers so why do I have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone? Very disappointing not to mention I now have to walk around with 2 different colors! So the lady calls back and still try to give me a bs story and says well you can come get your money back for your feet and go elsewhere then hung up on me!
