I am giving two stars only because the staff is very friendly. I went to this establishment Monday. I had bought a Jeep a couple years ago from Dotta. I also purchased a warranty. I couldn’t get through to their phones so I went in to speak on a service that I believe should be covered under my warranty. Reagle bought out Dotta so I went to them because I figured they would have my warranty information. I also so happened to need an oil change. So, as I was speaking with service on Monday I asked “How much is an oil change for my vehicle?” I gave the service coordinator my VIN and he was newer so he turns to his right and asked a female service coordinator “Off the top of your head how much is an oil change on (my exact name and model of vehicle)?” She looks at him and says “About $50-$60” Mind you when I called a few months back this is the same estimate I got, so I thought nothing of it. I said “Great, could you please schedule an oil change for tomorrow as well when you check out that warranty service ?” No problem. We set it up.
I come back the next day drop my car off. I’m back and forth on the phone with them all day, which is fine I appreciate the communication. They can’t do the service because they’re unable to find my warranty. Fine, whatever not a big deal I know I have one but it’s getting late and I have to get to work so I just want my car back at this point. So, I go in to pay. They bring me over to checkout the bill comes out to over $113. I said “excuse me, why is my bill this expensive ?” They accidentally charged me for a multi point inspection take that off but my bill is still $98 for an oil change. I said “you know had I known your oil change was this expensive I wouldn’t have come here. The place I usually get my oil done, it’s $89 WITH a tire rotation.” “So, that just seems like a waste of my money on my part, there would be no reason I’d pay more for LESS service than at my regular oil change establishment.” I said “I only agreed to the oil change because your service desk quoted me “$50-60.” So they brought the service manager out who brought out my old oil changes from Dotta saying “ it was the same price but you were under the free oil changes offered when you bought you car.” I said “I’m aware. You’re not understanding I got my oil change here because of the price I was quoted. Why would I waste my money on less service? When again my regular place is $89 with a tire rotation.” She then says “ well there’s no way an oil change would be $50-$60, and they’re not even able to quote oil change services. They were probably telling you how much the oil was” I was done at this point. I paid my bill but I will never be coming back here. I do not have credit cards. I pay for everything in cash that’s why I asked for a quote because if it was out of my price range I wouldn’t have gotten an oil change here. I’ve never met a service establishment where they “can’t quote an oil change.” Furthermore, why would I ask “how much is just the oil?”
Seems a bit ridiculous. How am I supposed to know how much the service is than ? I’m just supposed to gamble on it apparently and hope I have enough when I come in. All that to say triple check your prices when you come here or you might be in for a rude awakening at checkout. Edit: I’ve yet to receive a call from management I’d be happy to update my review after a satisfactory conversation. Also, I wasn’t going to mention this because it’s pennies on the dollar but I came in with four tire valve caps and left with three. Your technicians lost one of my valve caps because the tires hadn’t been touched until they refilled them. I’m assuming. So that was more money out of my pocket. Edit: I changed my review to 1 star due to management never reaching out to me. It seems they just wanted to write that here to look better...
Read moreIf I could give this dealer 100 stars I would. I had an electrical issue and my Jeep wouldnt start. I had them come and tow it, they did diagnostic and called me the next day which I figured I wouldnt hear anything for atleast a week. Mr. Snyder was amazing at communicating with me while I explained the issues going on. Most times mechanics nix me off because Im a girl and blah blah but he was totally amazing towards me and listened with respect. After discussing with him he did his diagnostics and called me back yet again to tell me my battery terminal under the hood was melted running way too hot. He couldnt further do more till it was replaced. I was running every code in the book and took a gamble telling him to fix. It was a friday and part wouldnt come to monday. I went the whole weekend dreading monday wondering if I fried my Jeep. Monday morning Mr. Snyder called me and told me my Jeep was ready. Flabbergasted nothing else was wrong I was stammering my words and he was so accomadating in that moment explaining to me that thats all it was throwing my jeep haywire. I then asked what the bill was he told me the price so I asked if he could do a tune up and he said yes. My jeep was towed on thursday and even adding the tune up I still picked her up on monday night. I couldnt even believe they got me in so quick. Hands down will always use this dealer for all my Jeeps needs. Having just moved up here I was weary about finding a place to take care of my jeep and they literally filled that spot within a day! I seriously couldnt be happier with their service, technicians and over all customer service through out the whole process. They even called me the next day to make sure everything was okay and no more lights came on ect which is never anything I ever experienced from a shop or past dealer. By far the best customer service Ive ever recieved in my 40...
Read moreMy last visit to Reagle Dodge was very disappointing. My truck is still under warranty and for some reason I was unable to put fuel into my fuel tank. As I tried to pump gas in it just spit back out. I called Reagle immediately and the lady who answered the phone told me I needed to make an appointment and their earliest appointment they had was in a week and one day. Unbelievable, I have to wait a week and a day before you could even look at my vehicle. I said what happen to the old days when we had a vehicle under warranty we could just come to the dealership, wait a few hours and then someone would look at our vehicle and tell us what the problem was. She replied if you want to do that you can and if a mechanic has time they will look at your vehicle. So, I went down there immediately and I waited no more then an hour and someone looked at my vehicle, told me the problem and said they will notify me when the part comes in. Well, they called me the next day to tell me that they have part. I was excited until they told me I had to make an appointment over a week out to have the part put on. You must be kidding me. You have the part but I have to wait a week before someone could put the part on my vehicle. Normally waiting for the part to come in was a reason to wait but to get the part the next day but have to wait a week to get installed is unbelievable. I was upset, asked to speak to someone in charge and they gave me to the owner. After we chatted some he had my part installed the very next day. It’s a shame we have to deal with things this way just to get the service we should already expect. Especially when your $50,000 vehicle is under warranty and they have the part. It’s not my fault their $50,000 vehicle...
