I enjoy visiting most of the shops here. Yesterday, the Wal-Mart was a huge disappointment. The shelves looked as if there was a major hurricane headed our way...major empty shelves both in the grocery sections and general merchandise. Then through the check out, (not self check out), the employee, after my having purchased 4 reusable bags and telling her that I'd bag, (she let me know that Wal-Mart doesn't provide bagging services), proceeded to toss my purchases into the bag all willy nilly. I kindly asked her to hand me my bags and items and she still used one of them to mix the cans and bread items together. Needless to say, she was either bored or didn't care a whit what I had said. On the other side, the young man in layaway was cheerful, helping and cared about me as a customer, making sure I knew the NEW policy of 20% down and NO REFUNDS of the down payments! He was surprised to find out how expensive Harry Potter Leggos are as merchandise must be at least 10.00! My cart was 3 wheeled and must have made quite a sight on it's one left rear wheel as I turned corners like coming around a racetrack corner at full speed! We ordered fish tacos that are out of this world and had the Mega Platter, comes with fried pork chop, fried chicken, salmon patty, bbq rib, fried fish and 2 sides (definitely enough for 2 or 3 people).
