I had my son’s birthday party here today. I’ve never been here before, but I must say, I was pretty impressed! The place is huge, and there is SO much to do. In addition to the trampoline zone, there are huge ball & foam pits, slides, obstacle courses, arcade games, bumper cars, rock climbing.. you name it! It’s a kid’s (and honestly even young adult’s) paradise!! My son had an absolute blast. As soon as we walked in 5 minutes before our party started, we were greeted by our party host. Check-in was super easy. I do wish we could have arrived a bit earlier to set up the room with decorations. White table cloths are provided on all the tables, and standard Dixie plates. We did bring our own tablecloths, party plates, napkins, and cutlery. I’m sure the cutlery would have been provided as well, but it wasn’t in our room when we arrived and we didn’t ask since we had our own. The party rooms have a mini fridge that will hold canned sodas and bottles of water. I thought the party room was kind of small, but we only had about 15 people or so, and it never felt too cramped. I also wish the rooms were closer to the jump zone and ball pits. They are off to the side, so you won’t be able to see your children playing while in those rooms. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the main play areas. Despite the general noise, we had no issues hearing the announcements when it was time to eat. The pizza that is provided comes from a local pizza shop, and it is delicious! My only other wish is that they had the option to have a 3 hour party rather than 2 hours, or let people stay to play some more even after the room is vacated. The kids are only able to jump for an hour, and then they are called back to the party room for pizza and cake. They hardly even wanted to eat and just wanted to keep playing (understandably). By the time all the kids arrived, got their socks and wristbands and scurried off, they only had 45 minutes left to play. I also highly recommend filling out the waiver in advance so you don’t have to waste your play time even more. You are required to start packing up 15 minutes prior to the end of your time slot and be completely out of the room at the ending time. Our party host, Nick, was great. He was very personable and helped with set up, passing out pizza, and clean up. There is a call bell in the room to reach your host for anything you need. Overall, I definitely would recommend this place for a birthday party. The price is much more budget friendly than other trampoline parks in the area, and they allow outside food unlike some other places. I also liked this place better for all of the different activities they had. There is honestly something to do for everyone, even if you just want to sit at a massage chair and watch your kids play. There are regular chairs and benches scattered throughout the facility as well. Both kids and adults had a great time! It was very clean despite being a typical crowded Saturday. I look forward to coming back and booking a jump session...

This was our first time visiting FunCity Adventure, and my kids were extremely excited and happy when we arrived. The place has many attractions that are very appealing to children. However, the staff seemed unprofessional and lacked compassion.
We purchased four tickets, two for adults, one for a 3 year old child, and one for a 14 month old baby. When we bought the tickets, we weren’t told we needed to buy the special trampoline socks. I had already read on their website that socks were required, so I brought anti slip socks for my two kids.
We enjoyed playing for 45 minutes and were having a great time. However, when we got to the trampoline area, a staff member told us we needed to buy trampoline socks. At that point, we didn’t know that special socks were mandatory for trampolines, so we said, "Okay, we’ll skip the trampolines and play elsewhere." I then took my kids to the ball pit and foam pit areas.
While playing there, three staff members came up to us, insisting that we purchase trampoline socks, even though we weren’t using the trampolines anymore. We ignored them since we were already playing elsewhere. Near the end of our 1.5-hour session, we went to the foam pit for a final round of play. Yet again, a staff member approached us and demanded we buy the trampoline socks. I was very confused because we weren’t using the trampolines, so I asked him what the issue was. He explained that trampoline socks must be worn in all areas, not just the trampoline area, and that we had to leave if we didn’t purchase them.
At that point, I was very frustrated. They kept referring to “trampoline socks” and never explained that these socks were required for all areas in the facility. The front desk didn’t inform us when we bought our tickets, either. If they had told us upfront, we would have purchased them without hesitation. After all, we already spent over $93 on tickets—why would we mind spending a little extra on socks if it was required?
The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unfriendly. To make matters worse, we also visited the running track area, where another staff member insisted my child wear anti-slip socks. My child was wearing anti-slip socks, but the staff member gave us an unpleasant attitude regardless.
Overall, it was a very...
Read moreFuncity was a great experience! My Granddaughter’s 7th Birthday Party was there on a Saturday and it was really fun for the kids and a breeze for the adults. They have a lot of party rooms you can book. Have food and cake in your room with all the kids shoes, jackets etc all together., even a small fridge for drinks. It was nice to be able to go around watching the kids play and then sit in room with adults to talk and rest. It’s really big with a lot of different activities and games. I did see parents with 2 year old kids but with the bigger 7-9 or so kids that seemed more work to go in everything with ur baby so they don’t get jumped on or lost. If u have a gang Elementary school age, that behaves well it’s really nice to let them go running around themselves. I really enjoyed it but the kids were over the moon! Staff was super friendly too. If ur going to a booked party, don’t wait in line, go around to the left and give name, they’ll tell you what room. We booked 2hours but because there wasn’t a party after us, they let us use the room longer. Nice! We cleaned up quickly with plastic table cloths and the trash can is big so it was convenient. They have virtual games and a really cool cotton candy machine that makes big flower/heart shaped cotton candy cones. It was really fun to be in a place that wasn’t claustrophobic No running into people, squeezing by, waiting in long lines, sweating cause it’s hot and crowded etc. none of that. It’s right off Gantown rd, Washington Township. Definitely recommend for Elementary School aged kids. If younger it’s too much work for parents, if older they can be too rough for other kids. As far as cost, I don’t know for sure since my son paid but I figure it was average for a...
