Food is always good but that's not what these stars (or lack thereof) is about. Quick story, or summary of my last visit if you will. . . They didnt have what I ordered so they said they would discount the meal because of that and because I had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for them to make the food. And, in addition to the discount for the inconvenience, they would also provide a handful of free menu item coupons for future visits to this location. This story ends with me receiving NO discount for the meal I didnt really want. NO free coupons. And ZERO accommodation from customer service (aka whomever answered the store's phone) when I called the next morning to explain the failure to deliver on the promises. I would have been satisfied with merely receiving the discount to the second choice meal I ordered and then had to wait for.. but to not receive that and then for them to put their foot in their mouths by offering up free coupons and then not getting them inside the bag... it was just such a disappointing visit and literally put a bad taste in my mouth to where I couldnt finish my meal. But to be fair, that could have been attributed to the fact I didnt want that choice from the gate. I probably should have just waited until the next day and went back for what I know I like. Then it would have been a normal visit and I wouldnt have went on this...
Read moreThe line at this location wasn’t very long. I got into the actual drive through (where the curbs are on both sides and you can’t leave) at 3:59 pm. I made it to the microphone at 4:25. I explained to them that I had been in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. I simply asked if they would discount my order for the inconvenience. After checking, the employee told me that they cannot give me a discount. So I didn’t order anything.
I waited in the line so that I could speak with a manager. I arrived at the window and had a conversation with Scott, who is one of the managers. Scott explained that the systems were down and that’s why there was a long wait. I told Scott that I understand that but 30 minutes in the drive through is totally unacceptable. I once again asked if he would offer any type of discount which he replied, “I can’t, because then I will have to apply it to every person in the drive through.”
Yes Scott, you should. Chick Fil A inconvenienced me along with everybody else in the drive through. We are the people who keep your company alive. If you don’t value me as a customer, then I won’t ever spend money with this location again.
I didn’t ask for free food, simply a discount. I would have accepted 10%. Instead, he offered nothing and that is very very poor customer service. You...
Read moreMy family goes here probably four times a week and this will be the last time we go. I'll gladly drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to the Sicklerville location and be treated like a customer instead of an annoyance.
I ordered a spicy Southwest salad. When I got it it was literally half full. I was super nice and just ask them if they could put a little bit more lettuce into the salad and the manager on duty told me that wasn't an option. I then asked if I could just get another salad and she told me no.
She asked me if I would like something else so rather then argue I just said can I get a number 2 instead? She then proceeded to hand me a sandwich in a bag......a $7 sandwhich when I paid $11 for a salad. At that point I just asked for a refund because I wasn't going to pay $11 for a sandwhich that's literally advertised for $7 on their menu.....
She gave me the refund but the entire experience has shown me that this Chick-fil-A's customer service has been going downhill for months. Every time we go there we have an issue and I'm not going to be giving them my business anymore. When you pay for a salad you expect to get a salad not half a salad. And then God forbid you just ask for a little bit more lettuce you're treated like you're being a...
