Embellish Events LLC — Attraction in Washington Township

All inclusive!? I think not. My family contracted Embellish Events for an all inclusive event. We were told we wouldn't have to worry about a thing except for having a good time. Sounded too good to be true, and so it was. In the package my family payed for, we were supposed to get wait staff to help pass out food and clean up during the party. They were supposed to help for that ever was needed during the party. When we asked the owner where was the staff she offered herself, her husband and he son. Still we’re weren’t helped. The tables were constantly messy with food and bottles and someone came around to clean once. In a party of this magnitude, the tables needed to be checked on periodically. Also my own family was in the kitchen helping serve food because we did not have the wait staff as told. We were all extremely disappointed with the service. The whole family was upset. We expected a lot more help from the establishment after paying thousands and thousands for the event. Absolutely not worth it. Definitely look else where. I would recommend the establishment to actually hire waited staff for an event instead of having a pre-teen try to clean the tables. Please do better for your...

Beautiful space. However, I regret choosing this venue for my client. One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had. In anll of my years I’ve never felt this way. Although the owner was very polite over the phone and seemingly understanding the staff was the complete opposite on the day of the event. There were a few mishaps leading up to the actual event however, upon arrival the staff was very rude and misleading. My vendors as well as guest felt very uncomfortable. Instead of being able to enjoy our event I felt like we were being watched like a hawk and not treated as if we spent a lot of money to be there. I was told that staff would be available to assist but each time asked they responded with an attitude. I was told to not move tables on my own as they had to be lifted and when the staff moved the tables he was alone and drug them across floor. Even I would’ve had my staff assist me in lifting. Not to mention the stress didn’t stop when the event ended. We were still met with difficulties and negativity once we left. I have NEVER come across a Venue Owner who lacked such decorum. I have so many things to say that I could write a book.! My client was very happy with what my team produced for her however she was unhappy with the treatment she received from the staff and owner.

Even these 5 star reviews are fictitious and were left by staff and friends or family. Im appalled that as a business professional who stated that she has been in the industry for over 19years would even respond so hastily and display such ignorance to some of these reviews.! I expected a level of class to match that there of your venue but I guess I was wrong. A beautiful venue but I would not recommend because the atmosphere of the staff is UGLY.! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. Not to mention it seems as if they are eager to keep your money and release themselves from being liable for anything that happens during an event.

Im still waiting on the said footage you have to support your claims. I’d like to see what truly has your panties in a bunch. But carry on love. I truly wish you and your family I mean staff the best in all future endeavors.
