Amy at the CVS in Crystal City is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had. I have never had a pharmacist go so far above and beyond the way Amy does.
I’m not just talking about how she greets me by name, is always polite and friendly, and answers all my questions thoroughly. I’m talking about the way she spends extra time to make sure I’m getting the best care possible. And she treats everyone with the utmost care and respect.
The other day, CVS was out of my medication (it wasn’t preordered in the system) and she found two of the nearest pharmacies with the drug in stock and wrote down all of the necessary information for me.

The store is horrible at stocking items, many services aren't supported like passport photos because the employees have no clue what to do. The employees don't know anything, they couldn't even accept cash, they only knew how to accept card. Horribly run store, shop somewhere else. I was there and literally two employees are sitting on the floor chatting about their relationships and seemed bothered by me asking where the chapstick was. Read moreToday there was a line at the registers because a customer ahead of me locked out all the self service kiosks. There is typically not an employee at the check out and today they were talking in the middle of the store.
When I asked if the machines were now working, “Ken” became argumentative and told me to “shut up” when I asked why he was being so argumentative. He then offered to write his name down, and walk closely by me several times trying to bait me. Poor customer service and selection at this CVS.
