Adding insult to injury. We had to come here to the burn ward and park here and walk to emergency room at 10pm. The signs were not very visible at night and there was no information about the pedestrian Bridge. We walked all the way across the bridge only to find out it was staff only. Most doors are closed after hours which added time to our parking tab. By the time I got my wife checked into the ER and I got back to my car it cost $5. Not a lot but if you're going there to receive help you should at least hand out free parking passes. Especially when the entrances closest to the parking garage are closed and you have to walk a ways to the ER entrance...

Additionally, they are currently in the process of upgrading the revenue control system, which is a positive development. The customer service team performed well and was quite helpful.
