Avoid this place. I got a pedicure on Saturday. Within a few hours, my large toe had a snag and various other toes began to crack. The polish and filing job were shoddy.

I retuned on Monday morning to get them repainted. After telling them why I was there, they ignored me for an hour and took others ahead of me. When they finally took the time to examine my toes the head nail tech berates me, loudly, and tells me the damage was my fault because I probably rushed to put my shoes on after the job (I came and left in flip flops). She then tells me they will only redo the big toe despite the fact that the paint on several other toes were cracking. She then told me that in order for me to get them fixed I would need to identify the person that did them and have her redo them (it was my first time and I didn't think I would need to memorize the face of my nail tech to identify later).

It was only after other customers saw the way they were treating me and urged their nail techs to repaint my nails that the verbal back and forth accusations by the head nail tech stopped and another nail tech repainted my nails.

Their customer service is terrible. Their work is subpar and they move extremely slow (I witnessed several customers wait a while then leave because the wait far exceeded the estimate), and they do not stand by their work and will treat you as if you are trying to get something for free if their work does not hold up.

Take your...

I used to frequent this place regularly until I was discriminated against. Tren used to work there full time until he got an engineering job. I liked the way he did my gel (acrylic) nails. However, he only works on Saturdays now but hasn't been there in months. Back to the discrimination...I went into the shop one evening and waited to get a "fill-in". I was told I would be after Wan (female owner) finished a customer. It was about 45 minutes later and she had finished. As she stood up, a Caucasian woman walked in the door and was greeted by name. Wan looked at me and said "she would take care of her and be with me after". I was stunned, at first, because I believe I'm a good tipper ($10) for fill-in. I sat there for a few minutes trying to convince myself that this was not the case. Nevertheless, I got up and left. I walked a couple doors down the street and there is...

It was ok I guess. They were nice. The lady kept asking me to put gel on my toenails for $75 after I already said I didn't want gel on them. Then she asked me if I wanted my calluses removed when she was doing my feet and that it will be $80 including the gel. Then I told her that I want the calluses, but I don't want the gel. She was more focused on getting me to add on more service than actual giving me a proper service. She robbed underneath my feet with a hot stone for for about 30 seconds then that was it. She didn't scrub it or anything. It was honestly a waste of money. My fingers and cuticles hurts for days after she did them because she was yanking them in a rush. And the place was not even full btw. My cuticles are peeling due to that. She dropped couple drops of oil on a few of my nails and didn't even rub it in on the rest of my feet. I had to...

I went in for a BASIC gel manicure and pedicure. Tracy is a kind lady, but she does NOT know how to polish, which is ironic for her working at a nail salon. The polish was lumpy, and in my cuticles, it looked like a small child had painted my nails. They had the nerve to charge $80. She also did FOUR coats of polish, which is unheard of. When I showed the manager, they offered to do ONE more coat. I had to leave, but I came back the next day for a chipped nail. I told her to take all of it off and give me a natural polish color. She asked for $15, I said NO. I will NEVER return. Even the polish I have on now is in my cuticles smh.

I will NEVER come back here again. They do not do good business. The job was well done. However the nails I got were $67 and they didn’t even let me know how much it was until it was done. If you go here beware the ombré, design is an extra cost. They are shady. They will try to up charge you & not tell you. If you not on a budget then knock yourself out. If you are on a budget, DO NOT GO HERE.
