Subway — Restaurant in Washington

I’ve been going to this location since a kid(over 25years) The new owners are nice but they need to stick to managing!!! I don’t like when he and his wife try to service people because they aren’t servers and it’s annoying. Today I ordered my seafood salad and the owner was serving with some guy (he was making my food with a coat on btw), while the lady who normally serves was cleaning (I’m pretty sure my experience would’ve been better if she made my salad.) Anywho, I asked for sweet peppers (which makes the entire salad better) and I owner goes “we don’t sell them here because people weren’t buying them as much”. I don’t know what that has to do with me but at that moment I didn’t want the salad but I brought it anyway. Back to the guy making my salad, he was reaching over the other food being made, I told him I didn’t want a chopped salad and he proceeded to make my salad in that “chop” bowl unlike how they are supposed to make it inside of the black bowl and separate the toppings. I won’t be going back to this location EVER AGAIN even if it is the closet one...

After patiently standing in line for seven minutes because no one was behind the counter, another person walked in behind me. When the employee finally came out of the restroom, she asked who was first and we both said I was, however the other customer asked if she could buy what she wanted real quick and the employee started to ring her up without even acknowledging me or what I even wanted to order. I stood there in disbelief as I grabbed my keys and left the business. Definitely didn’t feel valued as a customer and for whatever it was worth to inconvenience me, they lost out on me coming back and gained a terrible review.. You only have to show me once that I’m not a valuable customer to...

The lady who works at this Subway is so disrespectful. He started getting at me while I was choosing my sandwich. She forced me to pick one she wanted. Then she started getting angry at me for no reason. She represented Subway in a very bad way. I got mad and told her why are you getting mad at me this way? She replied go out!
