I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism from a stylist that goes by the name of Pooh. I never thought of getting my hair done by her. My sister and mother shared with me her interest in doing my hair for my wedding. My mom and sister had been going to her for a few months and had no horrible experiences. I thought she seem like a pretty good stylist and person. Before agreeing to let her do my hair I show her a silk base closure because most people don't know how to make it blend well. After seeing the picture she reassured my sister she could do it. Base on how my hair looked and the many questions she keep asking me, let me know she had no clue. I would have rather her been honest. After it was clear I didn't like my hairstyle I give above the asked rate thinking she would fix her mistake. Instead she avoided my call/text most of the day. I cancelled plans thinking she would call me in to fix my hair. After spending most of my day waiting for her to call me she texted "sorry that I didn't have enough time to accommodate you do to my other obligation."(I guest I was not a obligation because she already had my money) Just a FYI I no longer live in the DC area;I came down to try wedding hairstyle since I am getting married in DC. On top of that I was taking engagement picture the next day (she was aware of it all). I had a few girlfriends in the area who was waiting to see her work. I would never recommend anyone to her,not the salon. Still to this she has not responded to my text. Now I am out of my money with horrible hairstyle. PLEASE DONT GO TO...

The braider Rose is horrible, she can’t braid. I came here to do micro, she convinced me to do some stupid hairstyle that ended up in a mess. She’s not professional and can’t braid. Please don’t waste your money. This is what my hair looks like in less than 7days. I wish i could...
