I was trying to fill a simple penicillin prescription for strep throat. First I went in and they had not filled the order, which they received two hours prior (they said they hadn't received it initially, I had to ask them to check their electronic incoming orders). They said they would need ten minutes to fill it, but since I live down the street I decided to just leave and come back a couple hours later. I came back a couple hours later, and they still hadn't filled it. They then told me that they would fill it within a half hour, so I went home again, then called before going back to confirm that they had filled it. This was a nuisance but not really my biggest problem with the transaction.
The prescription was for 20 pills. As most everybody knows, doctors recommend that you take the entirety of a prescription when antibiotics are involved.
I started to notice yesterday that the bottle wasn't getting any lighter after taking them for a week, and I opened it to discover that they had put the equivalent of an extra week's worth of pills in there (so, 34 pills total). I guess since I'm not totally oblivious I noticed it, but what if this was a different kind of medication that wasn't so innocuous? You would think that of any place, a pharmacy would be a little more exacting. CVS is usually fine but I won't be going back to...
Read moreIt’s irrelevant to see this people working in an environment of costumer services and not helping them. I’m so disappointed with the Employee from the Pharmacy “Chantalley Tunner”
My wife went to the CVS to placed a prescription from the doctor that she received yesterday night after she got out from the Hospital and the same lady Tunner, assisted my wife yesterday night. she told my wife that she have to come back tomorrow which is today because her prescription need to be processed and they would notify my wife when the medicine is ready to pick up, which they never communicate anything to my wife regarding her medicine. It was 6:53 pm when my wife got to the pharmacy to pick up her medicine and Tunner with a bad attitude told my wife it’s closed already when the closed hour is 7:00 pm. There were 2 more costumers in line picking their medicine, but not my wife. I feel this is racism feeling from her side to my wife and this has to stop immediately.
My wife is sick and she needs her insulin and her other medicine, this lady is playing with the community health. I’ll like the person in charge of the CVS to speak with this lady and stop her racism and discrimination to the...
