The fact that the escalators on the left side (when getting off from the top level) sometimes is never on to go up or down especially in the morning or the afternoon, last week the they had both escalators going up and not a single one to go down, especially for people who carry luggagels or bikes. I do believe they really need to have at least 2 handicap gates, because having to enter with my bike on the left handicap gate where the on site person post takes up space and the billboard with the metro map guide and not to mention you have people standing there it gets old really fastwhen you have to walk your bike through people while your trying to catch your train in the bottom floor. Also the floors they need to change those tiles, there have been time where I've almost slipped because of the hot air mixing with tthe cold air makes the surfaces slippery, wish they change the tile that the other outdoor metrto stops have like the one's in franconia springfeild and van dorn. You can also walk to the Pentagon City Mall, if you know where the pedestrian tunnel is. Also, a great bus transfer station here; probably the best in the system.
