An attempt to address this concern with a manager was met with the explanation that she was too occupied on a phone call. The demeanor of the front desk personnel was characterized by a lack of warmth, hospitality, and interest in ensuring an enjoyable experience for the children. It was okay. I went to hangout here with my friends and did not have a good experience. Me and my friends ask to be on a team together. And what does the person in charge do? He tells us he will make sure, we were on separate teams and he did. Also they're equipment are broken. The laser gun I got didnt have it's codename displayed so I couldn't find out my score. Then the next time we went, again, the laser guns were broken. The first one I got didn't make any sound when I shot someone, or if someone shot me, which ruined the whole experience. So I got a new gun, and the little green laser that showed you where you were shooting wasn't there, so I didn't know where I was shooting. So I went to get a third gun, and again, the sound wasn't working. By that time I wasn't allowed to get a new gun. Overall, I did not enjoy...

My son just had his birthday party here this afternoon. The owner, Charlie, and our party hostess, Micaela, made everything so easy and fun. They know what they are doing. All the kids had so much fun. Charlie personally took children who were nervous aside to show them the vests and what the room looks like. Their laser tag set up was great! I've been to some laser tag places where the games were so quick. It felt like the game would never end! Parents joined against the kids and we were sweating, out of breath because everyone was having such a blast. Micaela was so attentive and took care of basically everything for me. She was great! She was so good with the kids. The people and the place was nothing short of awesome. They gave us such a great experience. Thank you...
