Always clean, always well stocked, and so much more affordable than the competition. Especially since they upgraded all their US stores to the European standard, they are much nicer, larger, and have more items. Quality of food had come way up from where it was 6-10 years ago as well, just as good as any major grocery chain (or better). They have started to use locally sourced produce and meat as well, when it is in season. Only "complaint", really, if you can call it that, is that they don't always have the same variety of every item you might get at a big chain store, but given their business model, it's understandable. I easily cut my grocery bill in half shipyping here, and only have to spend 30-50$ every two weeks at Meijer to get the few things that Aldi...

Worst customer service and it came from a woman manager. I used to go to this store and shop 2 times a week with my service animals. Today I wad attacked verbally by the manager and she told me that I couldn't have my service animals in the store. They have never acted out when they have been anywhere. I explained that I have papers to prove what their job is and offered to show them to her. She wanted none of it. I have very sever PTSD and need them with me 24/7. My doctors note would have explained everything. The experience set off my PTSD and her lack of compassion was horrible. There are laws that protect me and my service animals and the way she treated me was more than unacceptable. This woman needs a heart transplant. I will no longer shop at...
