-I would love to give Mark a HUGE shoutout with how amazing he has been with helping me get the new iPhone! I came in a week ago hoping to order the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I have a Billie Eilish concert coming up October 7th. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to receive the phone by then, but he made it happen! This is a very special concert for me so I wanted the best of the best. He went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail without being pushy/overbearing! He made sure to go over my likes/dislikes and made sure this is what I wanted. As well as recommending the best case, screen protector and accessories! All while being super sweet and kind. I got my phone delivered fast and went back to the store and he not only helped me set everything up (case, screen protector) but he even helped transfer over all of my data and even went into certain settings of my new phone and recommended to turn off ones that would drain my battery or that I just didn't need. He handled everything with care, and I felt very welcomed by him! I felt comfortable to have casual talk and joke about how monsterous my new phone will be! -As a side note, I struggle with having a stutter but he treated me with the utmost respect when it came to my disability as well. I went in to T-Mobile because I am currently a Sprint Customer (which is now owned by T-Mobile) to talk to them about upgrading my phone & switching my phone number over to my Bosses Plan because I use my phone so much for work. I explained that I was a Sprint Customer, I had a Leased Phone & wanted to see how much I owed on it & what my options were to update because I was past due for an upgrade & wasn't sure if I should upgrade before or after switching bills. There was a Man at the Counter helping someone and a larger man sitting at a desk with what I am assuming was his Friend (they didn't look like they were looking at phones or Bills, but just sitting there talking like Friends would), the second I got done explaining why I came in he told me to call Customer Service. I again said I'd like to look at phone options as well though, he again told me to call Customer Service! I have never been rushed out of a store so fast in my life!!! He did absolutely NOTHINGto help me, and I'm sorry, but calling Customer Service doesnt help me when I wanted to see actual phone options! Worst Customer Service ever! Read moreI stopped in to ask a few questions about my account. The 2 workers were helping a family. They asked me if I was activating or buying a new phone. I said "no, I just have a few questions". One of them had then said "you can call support and they will answer your questions." I replied with " I would rather talk to someone in person." The employee said back to me "well then youre going to be waiting a long time." I told him that was fine, I had time. I could instantly tell he was annoyed. Not even 30 seconds later one of the guys came over to help me with my questions. He pulled up my account and answered every single question I had incorrectly. Heres 1 question I asked for reference. Someone on my plan was going to leave my plan and I asked how much less my bill will be. He told me it would have no change to the bill. This was incorrect. He was literally just trying to get me to leave, I could tell.
