Drove over from SW Michigan to checkout the shop and get a new ball. Greg spent an hour on the lanes determining my track, revs, et al for my layout. At the same time, we worked on ball speed, approach, and follow through. It was well worth the trip out there, and J.R. drilled the ball. The guys gave me a lot to work on before my next...

I made two appointments with Greg and went to meet JR when he said he'd be at the pro shop, twice. All four times the lights were off & the doors locked when I arrived. I was nervous where to take my ball to get drilled… the last thing I wanted was to spend a ton on a ball and a pro shop butchering it… BowlerX made the whole thing easy. They watched me bowl, made some calculations and understood how I wanted the ball to react and bam, the ball is wonderful. I’ll always go back for service...
