We tried to go bowling here at around 9pm last night (Saturday). We had never been there before so we walked through the place and decided that yeah it seemed cool and we decided we will stay. First of all, we stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for at least ten minutes. The other gentlemen who appeared to be working the counter was less than ten feet away and two busy chit chatting with to two female employees to even say hi to us. First rule in good customer service is to smile or say hello to someone - let them know that they SEE you. Well, that didnāt happen. He finally came over and I said weād like to bowl. He pulls out a piece of paper and says thereās a waiting list. I kind of laughed because I thought he must be joking because thereās at least a dozen lanes throughout the place that are empty. I asked why there was a waiting list when so many lanes were open. He said because itās league night. I said okay, itās league night, but if the leagues arenāt using the other dozen plus lanes that are open, I donāt understand why we canāt bowl, and he said cause I canāt itās league night. This guy is an idiot. I literally told him so wait, Iām trying to give you my money, there are open available lanes and youāre telling me thereās a waiting list? When we left, we were talking about what just happened and figured out why we had waited so long alone at the counter - it was because this idiot guy already had in his head āIām just going to tell these people thereās a waiting list so I donāt need to show any sense of urgency or any level of professionalism or customer serviceā before he walked over. Whoever owns this place should be advised at the level of stupidity of their employees. Not only did we plan to bowl, but we were hungry and thirsty - and we donāt drink $2 domestics, we drink top shelf liquors and doubles, so we often have a hefty bill. So this old, rude, man not only took money from the owner of the establishment but also, we tip very well and whomever would have been our server would have made a lot of money. If the old guy is the owner of the establishment, well then good luck because with such superb customer services skills and logic, youāll be closing soon. Thatās what happens to businesses who are only HALF full when they turn paying customers away. Donāt waste...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst bowling experience my family has ever had. First, the lane that we were put at (lane 6) seemed unleveled. We tried several balls and continued to have the same problem. It continued veering to the right at the same point and would also make a clunking noise when balls would go down it. We had the problem whether the ball was thrown, rolled, or a ramp was used. We tried 3 different ramps and lots of different balls. We decided to just let it go because we were just trying to have stress free fun with the kids and complaining wouldāve ruined that. The worst part of our experience came after our time ended. We didnāt even have enough time to put our shoes back on before the woman from the front counter (middle aged with shoulder length light hair) came and asked if we were going to purchase more time. After telling her that we were just finishing up (because our time had ended less than 5 minutes before being approached) she decided to move the stuff for us that was on the table (including my childrenās drinks with dirty hands that were previously touching a cleaning bottle and rag) and sprayed the table while we were still there. While telling her about the awful experience, she was incredibly rude, telling us āwe didnāt have anyone bring it to our attentionā and trying to blame the ramps for the issues we were having saying āchildren sit on themā. She also muttered under her breath ādonāt blame your bad bowling on the laneā and when she was asked to repeat herself, she changed what she said. I counted before leaving and there were 15 open lanes that couldāve been used. Iāve never had an experience at a bowling alley like that before. Iāve never been put on a lane that wasnāt level and Iāve never been treated so rudely by someone, either. Our family bowls regularly and this bowling alley is closest to our home so we figured we would give them a try. HUGE MISTAKE! We left, in a rush, trying to change our 7 year oldās shoes while she cried.
Overall, this bowling alley is more expensive than others in the area but doesnāt seem to be maintained as well and the staff are rude. There are so many awesome bowling alleys in the area that are better maintained, have better technology, better pricing, and staff that arenāt rude and who wonāt put their dirty hands on your drinks while spraying...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a great time. A lot for the kids to do, aside from bowling there were arcade games and a few bounce houses. Also a prize counter for any tickets collected from the games. The bar seemed nice. The pizza was good and the breadsticks were awesome. We went as guests to a birthday party ( which was also nice, they were very accommodating and had us set up at the very opposite end of the alley so we weren't in the way.)so not sure on pricing for everything but we did buy pizza and bread sticks to bring home and they were averagely priced. $45 for 2 extra large pizzas and a dozen bread sticks with sauce. Will definitely be back for some open bowling of course the...
