There’s just something to embroidery and the way it encapsulates the beauty of a logo on fabric. I am often quite satisfied with just a printed logo until seeing a well embroidered logo on someone else’s apron for example. That material lustful covetousness that follows after…sighs.

So I finally took some time to look up local businesses that do custom embroidery and found Graphic Connections. I spoke with the owner Paul in person one evening shortly after they were closed for the day. He was very friendly and insightful to their process for handling custom jobs for their customers including other local businesses. They run two shifts: sales and design by day, printing and embroidery by night. We spoke through some details and fees involved and went from there.

Zapporah took care of all the different quotes and questions promptly. Dave handled the design and proofs prior to production. The night crew handled production and a phonecall was received when it was ready for pickup. Turnaround time after the proofs was really quick!

Moment of truth was when I finally picked up the end product - a few aprons embroidered with logos as a gift to another local small business. They were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I can’t be any happier and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Paul actually was closing when I walked in, but took the time to hear my thoughts. He listened to my vision and then offered a few suggestions which were key. I needed the jacket urgently within two days, and Paul and his buddy Steve came up with a simple, flawless design. 24 hours later, the jacket was ready, complete with a stain removal Paul noticed when I brought the jacket in (no extra charge!), The very the low cost for this design wowed me! Needless to say, the jacket looks amazing and my son-in-law loved it. Graphic connections is the real deal! Friendly, courteous and talented staff all with a great sense of humor and design!
