Old Navy — Local services in Watertown

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. I had planned to use my rewards points for a purchase, but the cashier mistakenly applied them without giving me the item I intended to buy. When I brought this to their attention, I was kept waiting at the register for about 20 minutes while they repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do. It's nice. It's an Old Navy. Not sure if this is location specific or the brand. The selection of Men's clothing lacks a lot of color. Which isn't that unusual for menswear. Just something I look for.

I deducted the two stars based on lack of selection. But if that's what the brand usually carries, I can add them back. Since it would mean I got what I should have expected.

Went here and Douglas took great care of me. I ordered stuff online and was a bit too small. He helped me sort it out and return the right sizes and get what I needed.
