I first called the business and spoke with Daisy to get a quick quote on what it would cost to replace the screen to my iPhone XR (My screen was not cracked however black splotches appeared on my screen before it went blank). I was given a hassle free quote, which was far less expensive than what other competitors had quoted me. I met with Daisy and explained to her what went wrong with my iPhone screen. She was very polite and she explained the process on fixing the issue. The phone screen was replaced that same day and fairly quick. She even added a screen protector at no extra charge. My phone is as good as new and you cannot tell there was ever an Issue with the screen. Great customer service, great work and great prices. I highly recommend.

I went hiking with my friend and it was Late afternoon. we were lost at the time. There was Bears at the place we went to, so then we were looking for the parking lot to our car. My friend had tripped so bad her phone fell and had Emotional damage sadly her phone fell on some rocks. Someone referred us to this store and we went. They gave me and my friend water that was so nice and sweet they also fixed my friends phone best people ever.

Once my new screened arrived, they were able to fix within an hour. They also fixed my camera as it was bleary. The price were exceptional compared to others in Watsonville. Highly recommended and will definitely be my only place to go.

I walked in with my brother's phone looking like it had been through five boss fights and a microwave session. Screen? Cracked beyond recognition. Frame? Holding on for dear life. Hope? Gone.

But this shop? ABSOLUTE MIRACLE WORKERS. The repair was flawless, fast, and way more affordable than I expected. The person who worked on it (I wish I caught her name!) did an incredible job, like genuinely above and beyond. My brother thought I got him a new one! I was about to ask for a warranty and a blessing 💯💯
