Santa Cruz Naturals — Local services in Watsonville

I am a regular customer of Santa Cruz Naturals at 19 San Juan road and they always treat me with kindness, care and respect; they're always polite and very welcoming. I have used their delivery service a handful of times and have nothing but good praises. I highlight this due to the other complaints I see about delivery issues. The only time I've had an issue was due to scheduling and the staff, Julian, called me to inform me of the issue and work with me. We scheduled a slightly later time, he was super friendly and kept-in touch multiple times and even threw in a discount with some free product. Every other delivery has been smooth and, as a regular, netted me benefits such as the aforementioned discounts. I would also like to extend the thanks to the delivery driver, Justin, for his punctuality and extremely empathetic nature; some of his kind words would often brighten my day, a much welcome gesture during difficult times. He went above and beyond his job to treat me like a human being, showing care and even treating me like a close friend after a few deliveries. The staff have consistently and politely worked with me and they deserve praise; I feel that we, as costumers, can forget that we are also held to a certain standard of politeness and...

I’ve been coming here for years and SCN is my go-to dispensary even after I moved and now live closer to a different dispensary. The staff here have always been great and I love their selection. Their prices are also good compared to some other stores in the area. The reason for the two stars is twice now I’ve driven out of my way to try to make it before 8 and both times got there by 7:45-7:50 only for them to have already closed. I’ve wasted gas twice now. I’m always in and out when I’m here because I know what I want. I don’t expect you guys to stay open past 8pm, but I DO expect you guys to be open when you say you’re open. If you’re not going to stay open until 8pm, then change your hours to reflect when you ACTUALLY close so customers aren’t wasting time and gas trying to make it to your establishment to spend money. And I know you guys weren’t “slow” because another customer had just walked out and told me to hurry because you guys were locking up. I was still too late. Do better or I’ll find someplace else to buy my weed that stays open as long as they say they do. I can’t afford to have my time...

Good quality. Good prices. Sadly not a five star, the black security guard at the front is beyond rude. I was telling some of the staff and no one likes him. I’ve gone in with my cell phone plenty of times. I’ve even taken pictures inside with that paparazzi poster they have with their logo. I asked if it was okay. So, I walk in today With my cell phone and Tyler working at the front was pretty rude about it. At least ask me in a nice way. I just don’t get why you have to be so rude at work and to customers.
