I bought almost sixty dollars worth of food. A super burrito a regular burrito six tacos and a pound of chicharron. My burrito the regular burrito was mostly rice beans and hardly any asada. It wasn't much bigger than a soft taco from taco bell. The super burrito was the size of a regular burrito and also with hardly any meat. Good thing even scandalous people can't mess up tacos. Those were for my coworkers because i'm not scandalous like some people. The chicharron the skin was like leather. It was hard to break it with my hands or teeth the meat was okay. I ordered a super al pastor burrito and it wasn't what I was expecting. The pastor was stewed meat like Chile Verde but red, kind of like chile colorado, definitely not like al pastor should be. It was just rice, beans, and a little meat which is what is usually a regular burrito not "super" at most places. There was a tiny bit of onion and cilantro in the last two bites. Santa rosa is a staple of the downtown comunity (especially student), ive been going here since i was a student at the local highschool.

This is a familly owned business and they have some great mexican food. although they mainly do small things like tortas, buritos etc they also have a chilaquiles plate that is some of the best ive had.
