This place has really good breakfast options, such as ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, French toast sticks, yogurt, and a cool coffee/hot chocolate machine with a bunch of options. They had orange, apple, and cranberry juice. They also had what I believe was kiwi-strawberry flavored water. They had more options, too, of which I don't remember. If you go to the office in the morning, they have chocolate chip cookies, which I think are fresh. I stayed in Room 109, which is a wheelchair accessible room. I didn't need it, but it had a kitchen. The utensils were all plastic, so make sure to bring your own. The plates and bowls were paper, so maybe bring some of your own plates, too, at least if you stay in that room, I don't know about the other rooms. They have a nicely sized pool, and a nice little hot tub. The pool is heated. The pool is six feet deep, so it's good for kids, and for the whole family. The staff seemed friendly. The parking lot was a good size, and they had another one on the back of the hotel. Make sure to get back kind of early if you want the main parking. If you have a big car, like an SUV, minivan, van, or truck, it's harder to park and move around in the back parking lot. They had a fitness center, which had a treadmill, stationary bike, and a thing where you could do multiple exercises. Overall, I think it's a hotel worth checking out. This place has really good breakfast options, such as ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, French toast sticks, yogurt, and a cool coffee/hot chocolate machine with a bunch of options. Read moreUpon checking in I had spilled a Sprite on my bedding I went down to the front desk and asked for new bedding I was informed she did not know where it was located I then said if you could just get me a bed sheet as I have my own comforter that would work I was given a bed skirt I called back down there and I said this isn't going to work it's sliding off the mattress I refuse to sleep on a mattress without bedding and I was giving a mattress cover.. I was informed the manager would call me the next morning which never took place also note that my fireplace was not working and I did do the upgraded room just for that reason I went to heat up my dinner last night and the microwave did not work I informed the staff and they offered to move me to a downgraded room with no refund for the differential. This morning I called and spoke to manager Ashley who was completely inappropriate she was very rude basically stating that her staff gave me full betting which they did not and I informed her to talk to housekeeping about it I asked her if the calls were recorded she stated they are not and I said that I was going to record the call because of the way she was speaking to me she did nothing to help my situation or to ease the situation in fact she made it worse.. I have stayed at this location several times and have never experienced such rudeness from the second staff member at the front desk and the manager. When she began with an attitude I gave her one right back and she could not handle that and stated she was hanging up the phone.. I informed her that I wanted to record the call since their calls are not recorded she informed me she did not give her consent so I did not record it at that time and was hung up on. I did contact corporate and there is a pending investigation on the whole situation. I will never stay at this location again!!...
Read moreI stayed in town & booked the BW for one night to visit family. We booked the 2 queens, kitchen & patio room for just under $270.00. Since my 9month old is crawling and learning to take a few steps, I thought it'd be spacious enough for her to practice and explore a little bit out on the patio. As soon as we got into the room I had to open up all of the windows because it had a heavy old smell. I didn't turn on the fan since it has layers of dust on it. My husband went to the bathroom & was going to take a shower but saw pubic hair and long womens hair stuck to the shower. Right away I put my daughter in her stroller so she wouldn't be on the floor because there was layers upon layers of dust on the floor. There was also long black hairs, pistachio & peanut shells all over the floor & all over the dining seats..kinda like when you get a booth at a restaurant and there's food all over the seats and wedged in the nooks and crannies. Because I had convinced my husband to book a room in 5 years I didn't flip out or try to make a huge deal out of it. So I took matters into my own hand and went to the front desk to ask for a broom and lysol wipes so I could clean everything myself. He got out of the shower and removed the covers because it had little white hairs & white stains on them. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with our experience at the BW. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE BW IN...
