I brought my laptop to be repaired here based on the amazing reviews. I told the guy my cpu fan needed to be replaced. I left my laptop with him and had a bad feeling from the start. I was later informed he ordered a fan and installed it but it didn’t work and he had to unplug it before he burned my motherboard. He also asked for my password to “run a stress test”. He charged me $50 and told me to get the stuff off my laptop and trash it essentially. This is not a cheap laptop. I still had hope. I took it to another shop in town and he was able to fix it easily. He even gave me a discount because he felt so bad for what had happened at this place. The stress test was also preformed using his own version of windows from a usb memory stick. Just a warning to anyone going here never give out your passwords unless it’s for software related and absolutely necessary. It’s hardly ever necessary. maybe this business can fix cracked screens or something but not an actual pc repair place. personally i wouldnt even trust...

I took my iPhone, & mega Samsung to get them fix in March. She kindly took my info and took care of everything. As soon as the phones were repaired she calls me letting me know they were ready to be picked up so I did. Couple weeks even a month or so passed I noticed my screen from my iPhone had an opening from the side of it and I couldn't put my phone near my ear because it was so sensitive that it would press the speaker or mute my calls or even press numbers...It was getting to the point where it was getting me irritated...so I decided to take it back and asked if it could be checked... It came out to that the screen wasn't holding very well so they had to order another screen and I left it there to get it fixed. Overall the experience was amazing! My phone was ready the same day I drop it off. I Would Totally Recommend This Place To My Family & Friends! Thank You Computer Solutions for everything and to the team that makes their customers...

This is easily my go-to for electronics repair. I will say the one caveat is they aren't always in the office when they say they're open; twice now they've been closed an hour or more after opening because they were running late, so it's best to make sure you don't have a super tight schedule if you're going here. That said, honest, hardworking repair guys are such a rare gem that I'm still giving this place a 5-star review. I've been a number of times and every time they lay things out directly, give me my options, and have been both quite courteous and efficient in their work. They've told me when a device isn't worth repairing even if it lost them a sale and have fixed some of my devices in as little as a couple hours for major repairs. They're quick to communicate as well and don't sell you any bs upcharges like a lot of places. It's just a great spot overall with a lot...
