We placed a to-go order, they charged us for items we did not order. When they refunded the overage they only refunded us $3 of the $5 that they overcharged us but we didn't feel like making a fuss. They misunderstood and asked us if we wanted salsa on our chile relleno and we said that we did not want salsa on it but we did want sauce on it, just the regular sauce that it comes with which we don't consider to be salsa, it's just chile relleno sauce. Anyway they give us a dry chile relleno with no sauce, no flavor and nothing on top. So we had to take that in and tell them that there was a misunderstanding and that we didn't want salsa on it but that we wanted sauce on it and so then they proceeded to make us wait like 10 minutes while they did God only knows what but what they gave back to us was obviously nuked in the microwave and had turned into complete rubber that was inedible. Other than that their prices are good and I thought that their food was good if it weren't for all of the misunderstandings. Also I'm of the belief that if you mess up on someone's order you should give them something extra for free rather than being irritated with them and giving them something back that...

I'm no longer going here they really need to keep their recipes the same and not change either the Cook or the recipe. They have messed up five of my orders. That was it for me I am no longer going to this place. Prices are not much different from other places. At this point I'd rather take my chances elsewhere. Although the lady at the front counter is pretty nice but who knows maybe in the far distant I might want to give him a chance again. I just got tired of them messing up with my orders.
