Took in a mini fridge that had a shortage and wanted to see if it was salvageable. The main guy wasn’t around, so the guy with all the tattoos told me to drop it off and that I’d get a call from the main guy. This took place in the morning.

I had to call the place myself the following day in the late afternoon. The main guy answered and was looking around the shop for my fridge and said “ooooh... this thing.” This reaction informed me that he wasn’t told about my item. He hadn’t even looked at it yet.

He said he would call me at a certain time... he didn’t. So I had to call back. What is it with them SUCKING at returning phone calls!? He said what the problem was and that he wouldn’t be able to fix it. Then he tells me there’s a diagnostic fee.

WHAT!? No one mentioned anything about a fee. I already knew what the issue was. I got charged to be told what I already knew!?

I wanted to know if he could fix it. He couldn’t and made easy money either way.

On top of that; the guys aren’t very professional. Too young to be the main ones...

I was recommended to this company by Aped Appliances (also a great business very worth supporting), and I was in touch with lovely Bryan. He was able to give me options and prices, I initially reached out because our house is on a tight budget and we needed a cheap dryer that works. They not only deliver but offer a warranty which is always comforting. There was a little delay with delivery however Bryan was communicative and kept us posted on his time and progress. Upon arrival there was a slight error with the dryer he brought but Bryan brought amazing problem solving MacGyver energy and was pinpointing where issues were and actually found the main issue to be a problem with our house outlet and we had no idea. He got our original dryer working and helped us solve a bigger issue. He was super polite, patient, took jokes and sarcasm well (which is always a good cookie in my book), and overall just knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Please give them business, they deserve it! Thanks...

Bryan turned a dreaded experience into a good one. It was a pleasure to watch him trouble shoot a refrigerator that didn't get cold and target the problem...an inexpensive fan timer.

Knowlegeable, thorough, tidy and work is guaranteed for 30 days, all while being reasonable. I will use Lunas again and feel confident...
