Walgreens — Local services in Wausau

Pharmacy. Terrible service. Not enough adequate staffing is what I found out after making many phone calls to have my prescription switched over to a different pharmacy today. The first time coming here I had to wait the next day for my pain medication. The nerve in my tooth was starting to die and it was really painful having to wait. The 2nd time I didn't receive my prescription after calling all day even though the prescription was sent the day before at 4 pm. They said it'll be ready in an hour and I'll receive notification. I didn't receive anything so I called back and was told that they'll have me talk to the pharmacist. I was on hold for an hour with 2 callers ahead of me and finally hung up, then drove to the pharmacy. Sign said they were temporarily closed at 4 pm! I wasn't told anything even after calling them all day. I had been to the ER the day before and needed my antibiotics and pain medication. Diagnosed and was referred to a gastroenterologist. I was starting to feel really sick again and couldn't get my prescription and my pain was becoming unbearable. I do not want to go back to the ER just because I couldn't get my meds. It would've been nice to be told ahead of time so I could switch it to a different pharmacy ahead of time instead of wasting my time and...

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I turned in a disposable camera 5 months ago, called and stopped in multiple times to check to see if the prints ever came in and even called the complaint department about this and heard nothing. Each person that helped me was very unhelpful. It was either they didn't know why my order was still being processed, told me to check back a different time or was rude. I never got a call either like I was supposed to ever giving me updates or if they ever did come in and ended up getting dumped because I never knew they were in. I am extremely upset because I had taken some of my most memorable and meaningful photos on that camera figured I would get the prints back like I was...

Only doing this review a two star thanks to the Asian gentleman working behind the counter at the registers, He was very sweet and quick to ask for associate help with the photo counter so I could get my order. Where the one star comes in is your worker named Michaela… She was very rude! Rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was there for an online pick up order… And even let out a sigh for having to help me!! Then I was having trouble with which way to put my card in to pay for my photos… And she snapped at me like I was stupid. Absolutely awful customer service!! This girl should not have any job dealing with customers!! The Asian gentleman though… Promote him....
