16 Jan 2023 - Today was the 7th time I have eaten here. The hamburger meal is good and for the price. However, it is mind boggling to me, how the price is different each time, eventhough I order the same meal. It ranges from 8.01 to 10.41. Today it was 9.41, so when I pulled up to the window I asked the young chap, why it is different, he asked me if I ordered a single or double? I told him a hamburger and all over the united states hamburgers come single unless you order a double. Hint just look at the pictures. lol! He said he didn't know, he said their burgers come double patty and he just puts the order in. That's strange in it's self because a lady took my order over the speaker box. You know, I feel I'm getting cheated because five out of the last 7 times I only got a single patty. Next time I go there, I am going to kindly remind them they need to put 5 patties on my burger because they forgot. He did adjust the price and the burger had two patties when it arrived.
Previously - I ordered take away. Second time eating at Culvers at two different locations. It was clean, the food was good and I didnt feel like I got cheated on the price. No wonder downtown Burgerking closed its doors, it couldnt compete with Culvers. Also, the meal was a dollar less then BK.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I visited recently. Atmosphere, food and service great! We both had pot roast sandwiches. I had the combo meal. It was delish, no complaints. I would like to say and emphasize that Conner took our order and I had other interactions with him during our visit. CONNER NAILED IT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was VERY polite, attentive and helpful. His awesome service told me alot about his work ethic. Like alot of young people today, he could've acted like I was a bother, but he lead me to believe he was there to please and offer EXCELLENT customer service. Way to go Conner!! Read moreNormally the service is good but yesterday 10/26/2020 my wife and I had the worst experience ever. We went in the lobby to order our food as normal, only this time as we were the only ones in there they did not give us a number. We saw what we thought was our food come out and there it sat for 20 minutes. Turns out it was our food. Finally one of the staff noticed we were still there nearlly half an hour after we arrived. She then asked the lady who had been packing the food for the drivethrough people why she had not served us. I don't know what the reply was but in a few minutes we were given our cold food with a sorry about the wait and sent on our way. We used to go there often, sometime 3 times a week. Microwaved fish and fries, chicken sandwich plus onion rings was disgusting. Only thing that tasted ok was the ice cream and thats only because we got it out of the freezer just before we walked out the door.
