Prices are just way too high for a store that identifies as a “thrift”. If they wanted to call themselves an antique, or vintage, or boutique, it would be understandable. But people seek thrift stores in order to hunt for great deals and savings on donated goods. Blessings is asking eBay level prices but to a tiny brick-n-mortar-sized market. It’s unfortunate. The Thrift stores across the street is way better.
EDIT: So your response is demonstrating that you don't understand how "Value" actually works. Your items are not "priced by their value". The value is dictated by the size of the market. The reason that eBay commands higher prices is because they have 134,000,000 daily users. Blessings does not have 134 Million people walking through your doors every day. The Market is smaller.
