A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Wautoma

Went through the drive thru today. Waited 10 min before they had me pull to a parking space. After waiting 35 minutes total, I went inside to get a refund. The food backed up in the shoot waiting to go out. People that went in to eat while I was waiting outside were already sitting down with their food. The manager came out to give me a refund and handed me 20 dollars and walked away. My bill was only 11 dollars. When I brought it up to the girl at the counter she had to go tell the manager. Came back out and said keep it for your trouble. Well, I'm sure the drawer is off. This place is getting so bad. It's really a bummer because we like the food. They need to whip this place into shape. Always seems to be lots of employees walking around aimlessly, filling their own sodas and going on break when they are busy. I don't know why I try to go here anymore. I drove to Culvers, got food and went back home in less than half the time I spent...

Arrived at 10:30 today, was ignored until two people came pushing out a Deep fryer. Asked if they were closed today because nobody was greeting me at the drive-through box and a young girl came out and said that they were opening late today. There were no signs on the doors, Google said open, & Facebook had nothing regarding the closure. I watched several customers pull up walk up to a locked door. I went back up at 11 to be told ice cream only or 10 minutes for the deep fryer and then when I finally got my food my $13 meal was absolutely atrocious. All of the cheese was cooked out of my cheese curds and my corn dogs were also beyond overcooked. The picture doesn’t even do it justice. I ate a handful of cheese curds and drank a large soda for $13 today. The most disappointing part of the whole experience was the owner was in today and did absolutely nothing to help...

What the hell is going on with this restaurant, if you even want to call it that?! 40 minutes waiting for food, and still didn't even start our order! 10 plus people waiting for food in the dinning room and none of them being served food, even the ones before us, while tons of food is sitting waiting to be sent out!! Dealt with all the drive thru customers first and didn't want anyone in the dinning room to get their food. 6 people looking at the screen just standing there not doing a damn thing but telling everyone "we're backed up". If you cant run a dinning room, but a closed sign up!! Absolutely ridiculous. Guarantee you just lost all those 10 customers and I know we won't be back. Figure your stuff out people. Hopefully whoever gets the food that was sitting there for over 30 minutes...
