When I stopped in the store for lawn mower blades (had the old one with me to compare the size) I couldn't find them at all. Just about when I was going to give up and drive to fleet farm, the employee finished helping another customer and asked if I was looking for lawn mower blades. He proceeded to tell me that they were on the second floor while guiding me to them. By the time I reached the top of the stairs, he already had all three that I needed without me telling him the size nor the lawnmower nor how many I needed. But he was entirely correct just by looking at a single wore down blade...

Great old-fashioned hardware store (I think it's a family owned & operated business). We spend summers in Waushara County and this is where we go for everything. If it can be fixed, they'll know how and have the parts. If it can't be fixed, they have a nice selection of tools. We even bought patio furniture here. Friendly service too. Went there on a Saturday. 2 guys didn't have a clue what to do. I asked for gaskets for a Tecumseh engine. I knew I was in trouble when he couldnt spell Tecumseh and wrote down the wrong engine model numbers. Then looked at computer screen and said the small engine mechanic isn't here. Not the guys I want representing my store for sure. Very polite but no knowledge of anything mechanical...
