Just about when I was going to give up and drive to fleet farm, the employee finished helping another customer and asked if I was looking for lawn mower blades. He proceeded to tell me that they were on the second floor while guiding me to them. By the time I reached the top of the stairs, he already had all three that I needed without me telling him the size nor the lawnmower nor how many I needed.
