Holts is amazing. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. We have been there many times and each time we are welcomed with whatever we are there for, whether just a simple question or a purchase. Yesterday we stopped in for a clasp for our daughters necklace. The lady who helped us went over and above to find the right clasp and make it work. She spent a lot of time and wasn't going to stop until it was just right. At the same time another lady helped us find a back to an earing our youngest had lost and then get 2 more pairs of earings.
