They have cute dresses and a nice woman helped me pick out some last minute jewelry options for a black tie wedding and I totally thought she had said it was a 30 day return policy if I didn’t end up needing them. i wasn’t in love with the items because they were very “costume jewelry feel” and didn’t end up using some of the jewelry. Lo and behold I come in on day 15 and unbeknownst to me it was actually 14 day return policy. I was one day late and I was given no grace when the items were still in the box untouched with a receipt and it was obvious I didn’t know about 14days (I would understand if I had removed tags or didn’t have receipt or was more than a day or two over their policy which i thought was otherwise. I came here with my daughter to browse prom dresses…. what a fantastic experience. Beautiful selection of gorgeous gowns and the staff members were so attentive and thoughtful helping her try them on. Definitely a special part of the whole prom experience.
