Mona’s Boutique – Waxhaw

We purchased a wall unit from Mona’s Boutique in Waxhaw that was delivered yesterday afternoon. My husband and I can begin to thank the Mona’s Boutique staff for making this process such an excellent experience. The process began with Collins, who created a drawing as we described what we were looking for and patiently made changes anytime we changed our minds. Next came the delivery time, Tommy and his crew were very professional, they took extreme measures to ensure that nothing was damaged or disturbed as they made their way through our house (not an easy since it was raining like crazy all day and the unit was installed in the 2nd floor). And last but not least Mica who responded to all of our follow up questions (made additional changes) and make sure to keep us informed of any delays and expected delivery day.

We purchased a wall tree (welcome center) from this shop and the experience has been atrocious. The customer service provided by Micha has been terrible and resulted in arguments in person and over the phone. It has taken 4 months to complete the order and came in double the original quote. The wall tree originally was meant to be a housewarming gift and ended up taking longer to build than our actual house.

The craftsmanship is absolutely phenomenal however, in all honesty, having to deal with Micha and the lack of professionalism/respect, I would highly recommend...
