Ordered a couch and was advised by the salesperson it would be two weeks. The only reason I purchased was because it met my timeline otherwise I would have continued my search. Followed up 2 weeks later after several calls and messages and was advised it would be about 5-6 weeks, but they would see what they could do what they could to move up delivery. I returned to the store almost 2 hours away from the area Iâm working, because my calls are not being returned to get an update in person. I was advised they have the exact same couch on order for someone else and the mobile home customer does not need it as fast as I do so they can possibly move things around, but would confirm on the next day of business first thing and follow up. I didnât receive the call first thing from the manager, so I call them. After discussing with the clerk that answers the phone and waiting on return call the clerk advised the sofa can be picked up that day from the warehouse. I send someone I had in the area to pick it up and bring to my home 4 hours away. That evening I receive the delivery open the plastic wrapped sofa labeled for a mobile home the manager mentioned and itâs the wrong color not even close to what I ordered. I called to speak with the manager the next day he was unavailable. I called again to speak with the salesperson who was aware of the situation he says he didnât know I had received a sofa or arrangements had been made for me to receive a sofa and I explained it was the wrong color. He requests I send him a picture and says he will pass it on to management and see what we can do to make it right, so I sent him a text of what I ordered and what I received. That was the last communication.    Read moreUpon arriving at Lott's we were greeted in a very professional manner by Kristen Boyett. Right away Kristen begin to ask what she could do for us. We were looking for a queen bed, 2 night stands, and a mattress for our 13 year old great nephew, William. Kristen begin to show us sets and explained very clearly the differences in quality , while leaving the total decision up to us. She never pressured us in making a decision. After we decided on a set it was brought to Kristen's attention that this particular group could not be broke up. Our nephew was saddened by this news , and us as well . She apologized and tried several ways to make this deal work for us but according to management the set could not be broken. Kristen was very professional in this situation , very apologetic for the confusion. It was very evident that the customer came first . Just as we were about to leave with only a mattress we met Mr. Jack Lott and I briefed him in on the disappointment that William was feeling and we were blessed by Mr. Lott approving the set to be sold as we needed, not the entire set. Kristen ended up helping us, which was a major plus since she is the resident interior designer there. She was a huge help!! Picking out and coordinating furniture can be overwhelming, but she was so patient with us and really helped me visualize how my living room could look after some changes to the furniture and decor. She was an assett to our shopping experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to get her opinion on things.
