Ever since I have been going to Princess Nails I have felt like the customer does not matter. I felt rushed and if I asked for my nails to be done a certain way they do not get done like I asked. For example, I love my nails squared, I have asked several times for this but they do what they want. The owner and Eric seem to have respect of persons and they only do certain peopleās nails. The last experience I had was the owner ignoring me while I was talking to her, she handled my nails and hands roughly and she cut my nails really short, passing me off to another person to finish them. I asked him not to file my nails any shorter but proceeded to file my nails til had no more. One of the staffās explanation was that he didnāt speak good English so he didnāt understand me. My nails were ruined. I will not recommend Princess Nails to Black people because when black people walk in the owner does not greet them, but when white people walk in she greets them and asks can...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām from 5 hours away & am working in Waycross, Ga for the next month due to the hurricanes. I walked in after being referred by another spa service salon for a pedicure. They were very busy, but fully staffed (always a good sign) but immediately sat me down in a chair. A sweet girl named Skyla did my pedicure. She took her time and listened to everything I was wanting. She didnāt rush me a single time & made sure my feet were baby soft when I left. (They were bad from traveling for so long). Hands down, One of the best foot massages Iāve had in a very long time. I left very relaxed & felt like she genuinely cared about my experience, plus itās a fraction of the cost of what Iām used to paying for service like I received. Skyla made me feel like it ways my home nail salon. Her and the owner, Ashley, even recommended other local ladies for other services I needed. I 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend going here! Iāll be back as long as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here on a recommendation actually but had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. To be fair, it was a new girl who did not know what she was doing. She used one of those nail drills on my NATURAL nails!!! I only ever get regular mani and pedis, no dip, gel, acrylics, none of that. She literally damaged my nail beds. It has been almost a month and they are still bruised and hurt.. Iām going to have to wait for my nails to grow completely out for them to be healed. A nice lady there named Nee (spelling may be wrong) did gel nails for me for free to cover up the damage that the new girl did but now the gel nail polish has been removed and they look/feel even worse. The damage is horrendous. They need to reach out to me to do something to make up for this. Update: Itās been almost 10 months and the damage still has not...
