Good prices and good quality items. I have a desk I bought there nearly 10 years ago and I still use it today. 80 bucks for a large, multishelf desk that has lasted a decade.
You can't get much better than that.
The staff is okay, theyre very "in the background" and that's fine by me. I don't like having people hound me while I shop. But I am glad they are available and I can find someone if I need help.
Checkout is usually quite slow, as sometimes there are customers who argue over prices and other such things. But that isn't entirely their fault. Sometimes stickers get mis-placed, etc. Or sometimes it's a customer wanting a cheaper price.

I found that their prices for the things I wanted to buy weren't very competitive anymore and the quality for clothing didn't match Wal-Mart's.
