Update: I HATE leaving this review. This has been my favorite coffee place for years. I was thrilled when they finally got a rewards app and I became a platinum member in no time because I'd go almost daily, sometimes multiple times. But the wait times have gotten ridiculous and it's frustrating when the employees have zero urgency and are completely unapologetic. Most of them genuinely do not care if the customers leave or not, some will stand their and talk with their friends or coworkers while they have customers waiting. Lanie is great along with the taller black girl who has been there a while but that's about all the decent ones left. I've tried to utilize the app and help by ordering ahead, its only 1 drink afterall so its a small order. Both times I've done that I still had to wait in line and then wait longer at the window because they never made it, then wait longer because it's made wrong. I even write in the comment box about my drink. Then the girls have an attitude when I ask for it to be fixed. I used to always let it go but now I don't because I repeatedly tell them I want drizzle and they still leave it out 90% of the time. So yes since I've told u 3 times and u didn't care to pay attention to me now I do want it remade. It's just getting worse up there. The old crew cared. I miss them and I will miss ellianos.

I love ellianos and they have some of the best coffee in waycross, but i have been disappointed 3 times with the same barista that’s works in the evening. i didn't get her name but she’s younger and has dark hair.. she is very sweet. i have gotten my coffee made by her twice and it taste like water. the first time i went back and someone else remade it and it tasted fine, I ordered two smoothies for my friend to try because he had never tried here and i was very disappointed because the smoothies always taste so good and my favorite, the berry blast taste like sweet tart and this was the opposite of that. both of the smoothies tasted very bland so i thought maybe she isn’t rationing the ingredients correctly. my third time which was last night after working a 8 hour shift, my friend brought me a coffee from ellianos and i was so excited because i had been waiting for a few hours but was very disappointed with my coffee. It tasted bland as well and not how the other baristas make it. it got thrown away which sucked. I am not trying to get this girl in trouble but i don’t think she is making the drinks correctly and as someone who was a barista, I know sometimes people make the drinks the way they think they should be made. I just don’t want people to feel the same way with the coffee because ellianos is just to good to...

Never thought I'd visit this place. I'm not really a coffee aficionado. And I probably still would not have but some really great friends gave me a gift card so tonight the wife and I stopped by. Ok, I've sort of been cheating myself. We ordered two different coffees and both were really good! But I'm thinking the best part of the experience was the young lady who served us. She was so pleasant, so kind, warm, friendly, responsive, helpful. This was my first visit here and I wasn't sure what to say or do. She could have gotten annoyed, like I've seen other folks do in the past at other places, but she treated us like we were the most important people on earth at that moment. I wish I knew her name. I didn't see a name tag, and I guess it doesn't really matter, but she deserves recognition. Maybe all the employees there treat all the guests that way. I hope so. I plan to go back one day and find out. I may have to wait for another gift card...
