Mixed review. I called to ask about the Special advertised on tv for an XL Superhero pizza for $12. The employee stated he didn't know what that was and preceded to tell me the current specials. My husband stated that he had seen it on TV today. I still got the same response. So I said nevermind we will be there shortly to order. We looked all over the menu and there was no such ad. So we ordered a different XL special at 6:20. I was told 15 min. At 6:45 I inquired about my pizza. Employee said it was just coming out. A few minutes later the employee that took my order informed me that my second pizza was never made and that she was going to start it now and it would only take 7 min. I told her I did not want to wait for the second pizza to be made I had a car full of groceries. She immediately copped an attitude. She then asked if I would like to cancel the entire order and I said no as long as the other Pizza is definitely coming out soon. Then she walked away and a Mgr came forward who was very apologetic and very kind, which is more than I can say for the other employee who never even apologized. He said he would be more than happy to give me a refund for the difference or he would write my name and number down and I would have a credit towards my next order. I was happy with his response and that he told the other employee to walk away from the counter. Attitude is everything! We will give them one more chance .. Oh and when we got the pizza home there was a sticker on top with the advertisement for the Superhero extra...

The worst experience ever! They don’t want or evidently need your business! I called for my sons birthday 10 minutes before opening and they wouldn’t take my order. Told me to call back during business hours. It was 10:30am! I called trying to get an online special and they directed me to online. I logged in online and the site kept kicking me back to that special was carry out only. Well that was fine but it wouldn’t let me order it. Every time I clicked add and customize it told me it was carry out and only gave me “ok” option. I hit that and right back to previous screen. I tried 10 times at least. Called store and implored them to aid in my 2 medium 1 topping pizza order and they could not and would not. Twice I have tried to give the Waycross Pap Johns money and twice their employees would not allow me to. I give up Papa Johns! You win! I will never try to order again from you! And you have inspired me with this last travesty of customer service to speak of these experiences as often as possible to as many people as I can.
